We are EarthCare, a group of environmentally-conscious Christians who strive to preserve and restore the Earth through service and education. We decided to start with several projects around First United Methodist Church in San Diego, where many of us attend regularly. Our projects include the installation of solar cells on the United Methodist Center, a California native plant garden, church furnace restoration, leading a short-term class on the environment and Christianity, and producing reusable grocery bags with our church logo.
